The role

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, your role is designed to make a substantial contribution to the growth and success of the company through the effective identification and development of new and profitable business relationships. You will be given a structured training programme, learning new skills and working alongside the account management and business development teams. You will be involved in regular client visits, establishing new business through both warm and cold leads, attending sales appointments and liaising with identified prospects, maximising every opportunity to ensure the longevity of client relationships.

This role will involve UK-wide travel.

Your profile

You will be outgoing, motivated, proactive and confident with a strong professional image, a sound understanding of technology and excellent commercial awareness. You will play an active role in the continued development and growth of our business through your skills and experience. You will have:

• Recently graduated with a 2:1 or higher in a degree of a relevant discipline
• An enthusiastic, proactive and tenacious attitude towards work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team
• Strong process management and communication skills
• The ability to speak a major foreign language at business level as an advantage
• Previous consultative sales experience as an advantage, but not essential.
