We are seeking to recruit a talented Client Support Executive to contribute to the company’s continued success. You will work with the Client Support Team, assuming responsibility for the delivery of exceptional support of the WorkCast product. Duties will include the successful management of first line support telephone calls and emails, efficient resolution of client queries and generation of appropriate technical documentation when required. You will also take a pro-active approach in improving internal processes and undertake the delivery of appropriate user training for clients and new team members as required.
You will be motivated, proactive and confident with a strong professional image, a sound understanding of technology, excellent commercial awareness and proven track record, with at least 1 years experience in a similar technical support role. You will play an active role in the continued development and growth of our business through your skills and experience. You will have:
