Whether an Organisation wants to hold a Webinar, Online training session, Sales, Department or Project meeting, Executive or Analyst Briefing, WorkCast can help capture, deliver and replay these sessions to anyone at anytime over the internet.

The role

You will be responsible for managing and developing the digital marketing strategy for the WorkCast Corporation. Through Digital marketing initiatives you will be responsible for the generation of leads and quality appointments for the Sales team. Working with the Management Team and Sales Manager you will identify and market to appropriate target markets and companies. Managing monthly targets you will review activity, develop strategy and contribute to the development of the corporate digital marketing plan and revenue success of The WorkCast Corporation.

This role could involve UK-wide travel.

Your main areas of interest and expertise should include:

  • A thorough understanding of technology trends relating to natural search (inc. SEO), paid search (inc. PPC) and ROI of Social Media
  • Hands-on campaign management of natural and paid search
  • Demonstrable experiencing delivering social media campaigns tied to real business objectives
  • Thorough understanding and practical experience of full-lifecycle of search and social media campaigns, from concept through to successful results
  • Excellent creative written English, using best-practice for maximum search-engine visibility
  • Ability to turn-around copy and work to tight deadlines
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of individual and team accomplishments in the delivery of financial goals and objectives
  • Ideally experience within the technology for marketing or digital industry
  • Strong process management and communication skills
  • Ability to fit in well within an informal environment, provide hands-on management and provide senior role in winning blue chip clients and increasing revenues.
